Return and refund policy - 

We accept returns with up to a full refund of unopened, unused items in their original, sealed packaging within seven days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at

duvairedeparfum.ny@veinternational.org  for authorization. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly suggest using a trackable, insured shipping method. Upon inspection and approval of the returned item, a refund for the product's cost will be processed to your original payment method.
